Delete Your Find My Pack Account

You can request deletion of your Find My Pack account and its associated personal information.

Find My Pack and Furr Finder use the same account. Deleting it removes your account from both websites.

Request deletion in a mobile app

If you can access your account through one of our mobile apps, use the account deletion option in the app's profile settings.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email: ska@findmypack.co.uk

Include your username and the email address registered to your account. We may contact you to verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.

What will be deleted

When the request is completed, identifying account information will be deleted or anonymised along with personal information associated with the account.

Limited safety, moderation, audit or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect members or meet legal obligations.
