Our commitment

Find My Pack is an adults-only service. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old when creating an account.

Find My Pack has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, or any content or conduct that endangers a child.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

• Upload, create, possess, request, distribute or promote CSAM.
• Use Find My Pack to groom, exploit, threaten or sexually harass a child.
• Attempt to arrange sexual contact with anyone under 18.
• Share content that sexualises or facilitates the exploitation of a child.
• Encourage, conceal or assist child abuse or exploitation.

Reporting a concern

Members can report another user through the reporting option within Find My Pack.

Child-safety concerns can also be reported directly to: ska@findmypack.co.uk

Please provide enough information for the concern to be identified, but do not download, copy or redistribute suspected illegal material.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services. Concerns about online child sexual abuse in the UK can also be reported through the CEOP Safety Centre .

How we respond

When Find My Pack becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we will take appropriate action. This may include:

• Restricting or removing access to relevant content.
• Suspending or permanently banning involved accounts.
• Preserving information where lawfully necessary for investigation or reporting.
• Reporting confirmed or suspected illegal material or conduct to the appropriate law enforcement or child-protection authority.
• Cooperating with lawful investigations.
